For Service Professionals — SMS Login Codes

Our cleaning professionals use the MagicMaid "My Schedule" app to view their assignments and schedule. To log in securely, a professional requests a one-time passcode (OTP) sent by SMS.

How professionals opt in to SMS:

  • The professional opens the My Schedule app and enters their phone number on the login screen.
  • They tap the "Send Verification Code" button.
  • Tapping that button is their consent to receive a one-time login code by SMS.
  • Each additional code is requested by the professional the same way — messages are only ever sent at the professional's request.
The following consent text appears on the login screen, directly above the button:

"By tapping Send Verification Code, you agree to receive SMS one-time login codes from MagicMaid. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms."

Sample message: Your Pro code: 123456. Valid for 10 minutes.

These are transactional login codes only. We do not send marketing or promotional SMS. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, HELP for help.
