MagicMaid Pro Login Verification (the “My Schedule” staff app), operated by AI Offices LLC.
This SMS program sends one-time passcodes (OTP) to service professionals who work with MagicMaid so they can securely verify their identity and log in to the staff scheduling application. Messages are sent only for login verification. No marketing or promotional messages are sent through this program.
A professional’s mobile number is entered into MagicMaid’s internal staff scheduling system by a manager during employment onboarding. A professional receives a verification text only when they open the My Schedule app, enter their phone number, and request a login code. Each message is initiated by the professional’s own request.
Message frequency is recurring but driven entirely by the user. You will receive a text only when you request a login code. There is no fixed or scheduled message frequency.
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s standard messaging and data charges may apply to messages you receive. MagicMaid does not charge a fee for these messages.
You can cancel the SMS program at any time. Reply STOP to any message from this program to opt out. After you send STOP, we will send a final confirmation message and you will no longer receive login verification texts. Note that opting out may prevent you from logging in to the staff app by SMS; contact your manager for an alternative.
